## Job Description
This is a remote position.
Objectives
International Potato Center is looking for certified coaches to provide
coaching sessions for Senior Leaders and Supervisors who have been promoted,
or are moving for the first time, into critical positions within International
Potato Center. The coaching sessions will be in English and/or in Spanish. The
coaching will complement, and be in addition to, existing orientation and
capacity development sources.
Deliverables
• The coach should indicate the methodology they will offer, practices and
approach that will guide to the objective.
• The coaching sessions will be remotely and should start in May 2021 until
December 2021.
### Requirements
Selection Criteria
• Certified coach by a reputable professional coaching body.
• English and /or Spanish will be the language of reference for this
consultancy.
• At last 10 years of experience coaching senior executives.
• Coach should be available to work in different time zones to accommodate CIP
global reach.
• Evidence of past successful experience providing similar type of
consultancies to other international or research organizations.
