## Role overview

This role will lead the responsibility for the coordination of support
activities to ensure effective operations are in place in multiple project
locations across the continent

## Skills, qualifications and experience

Significant experience in operations/logistics, event or travel planning or
similar activities in multicultural environments, including diplomatic and
internal relations
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French (bilingual
English/French speaker)
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to inspire a team with a
vision
Excellent inter-personal and representational skills to influence a diverse
range of stakeholders and be a credible reference point.
Able to build strong working relationships, gaining trust and mutual respect;
being flexible, responding to perspectives and being assertive when
appropriate.
