Solar-Works Malawi Limited

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized External Sales Agent
Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the External Agent Team. The
successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues by
keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The
goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and
the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

External Agents Coordinator (2 Positions)

Location Mchinji and Ntcheu.

Department; Sales and Marketing.

Reports to; Shop Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Recruit external agents
> Train external agents on products and Appsheet.
> Visit external agents.
> Ensure the adequacy of promotional related equipment and materials for external agents.
> Distribution of stock.
> Working with external agents to come up with promotional and sales plans for the months.
> Reporting on sales and installations and progress of the external agents.
> Collect information and data from external agents.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

> Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
> 1-year previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
> Demonstrated and proven sales results.
> Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with
> Microsoft Office Suite or similar software/
> Focused on customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
