POSITION HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1 POST)
Islamic Relief Worldwide ORM is a UK based International humanitarian and
development organization working in 40 countries.
Islamic Relief Malawi is looking for competent candidates to fill the
following position
POSITION HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1 POST)
(Blantyre based)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Assist in setting the country business plan (C8P)- HR objective, key actions,
indicators and targets.
•Facilitate effective execution of ail HR administrative policies, procedures
and processes
•Support in recruiting, deploying, developing and utilizing highly performing
staff, volunteers, etc.
!•Prepare and submit the staff payroll and periodic reports and updates as per
agreed timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•University degree in Business Administration Studies, Social Sciences and/or
relevant fields
•Minimum (3) years’ experience, with NGOs in HR and/or organizational
development functions.
