Overview of Teach For All & the Global Development Team

Teach For All is a growing global network of over 50 independent, locally led
organizations united by the purpose of developing collective leadership to
ensure all children have the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Each
network partner recruits and develops promising leaders to teach in their
nations’ under-resourced schools and communities and, with this foundation, to
work throughout their lives, from inside and outside of education, to ensure
all children are able to fulfill their potential. Teach For All’s global
organization works to increase the network’s impact by building awareness of
the network’s approach, supporting the launch of new organizations, building
the capacity of network partners by helping them learn from each other,
maintaining network standards, and working collaboratively with the global
education and development communities to catalyze progress towards ensuring
all children fulfill their potential.

Network partners are responsible for raising the funds necessary to thrive
within their local countries. Teach For All’s Global Development team is
responsible for generating the funds to sustain the global organization (more
than $25 million annually) and to catalyze growth in low-income countries

Our global organization also supports network partners in their efforts to
raise funds; this past year, network partners raised approximately $450
million, including $125 million in countries outside of the US and UK. Over
