Post Trade Officer (Grade I)
Salary Within the Grade I salary scale segment
Location ; Ministry of Industry and Trade

Qualifications*>
Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the
following fields Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics and
Agribusiness obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties*>
Monitor implementation of trade negotiations; gather intelligence and assess
the impact of existing bilateral and regional trade agreements and make
proposals for their amendments if necessary; assist in formulation of export
and development and promotion policies and programmes, etc.

Note*>
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement
shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also he requited to
demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable
officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in
appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
