MINISTRY OF HOMELAND SECURITY

Post Assistant Registration Officer (Grade K)
Salary Within the Grade K salary scale segment
Location National Registration Bureau

Qualifications*>
Applicants should be in possession of a diploma in any of the following
fields ICT related field, Business Administration/ Management/Studies and
Human Resource Management
obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties*>
Carry out timely and accurate registration of birth, national ID, death and
marriages; ensure properly completed registration forms and relevant
authenticated documents are presented and attached; ensure that persons
applying for registration are eligible in relation to age, citizenship and any
other prescribed requirements, etc.

Note*>
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement
shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also he requited to
demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable
officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in
appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
