St Andrews Community Hospital is a non-profit making institution under the
Anglican Diocese of Lake Malawi. The Hospital is a member of the Christian
Health Association of Malawi (CHAM). It offers inpatient and outpatient
services.

St Andrews Community Hospital would like to recruit suitably qualified
personnel to fill the following vacant position with immediate effect:

Position: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (Grade K) (1 position)

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Laboratory Technician, this position is responsible
for running all laboratory tests as provided at St Andrews Community Hospital
laboratory and support operational and other research at St Andrews Community
Hospital by following written SOP, and QC procedures, and Patient Specimen
logs.

Qualification and Requirements

> Diploma in Bio-medical science from recognized institution.
> Valid registration from medical council of Malawi.
> Good practical medical skills.
> Forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
> Excellent leadership and management skills.
> Ability to solve problems.
