MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Vac. 101/20
Post Industry Development Officer (Grade I)
Salary ; Within the Grade I salary scale segment
Location Ministry of Industry and Trade

Qualifications*>
Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the
following fields Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics and
Agribusiness obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties*>
Identify specific projects utilizing natural resources and in accordance to
established industrial development plans and growth strategy identify and
prepare industrial protects and linkages promotion in the district; review and
develop industrial project proposals and compile project portfolios for
industry, etc.

Note*>
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement
shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also he requited to
demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable
officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in
appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
