Bishop Mackenzie International School, an IB Mid school in Lilongwe. s seeking
applications from self-motivated, experienced and suitably qualified
candidates to fill the following position

Administrative Assistant

Function*>
Reporting to the Human Resource Officer the Administrative Assistant will act
as the firs! point of contact between the school and parents, guardians,
visitors and students coming into the main administration offices.

Person Specification

> Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
> Not less than two years job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility
> Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Computer Iterate with working knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Job Specification

> Providing receptionist services such as attending to phone calls, handling enquiries and maintaining office meeting calendar and schedules
> Providing support to the Head Teacher
> Managing the day to day running of the front office
> Maintaining and coordinating a booking schedule of the school facilities
> Assisting with the management of school events.
