Female Internal Sales Agent
Report To Shop Supervisor and Sales Agents Lead
Job Responsibilities
Sales agents will be responsible for the following
> Establish relationships with new customers
> Selling high value solar systems
> Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
> Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
> Identify and respond to client needs
> Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
> Follow up on customer approval as necessary
> Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
> Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
> Ensure that all data entered into Appsheet is correct and up to standard.
Qualifications
> A female with at least 24 years of age.
> Superior interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.
> Passionate and self-motivated to sell and meet sales targets.
> Ability to take initiative and work independently.
> Exceptional organizational skills.
> 1+ years of experience in sales.
> Confident and charismatic approach to people.
> Holder of an MSCE. • Located in Lilongwe and very familiar with surrounding areas.
