VACANCY
St. John Paul II Leadership and IT Institute (JP2LITI) was established in 2011
as a subsidiary company of Beehive Centre for Social Enterprise in Chilomoni —
Blantyre. JP2LITI is today an Academic Centre of Excellence offering
leadership and practical IT training, producing job ready graduates.
The Institute is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced
candidates for the position of Front Office Representative-JPII LITI
Job Summary
Reporting to the Institute Registrar, the successful candidate will be
expected to attend to visitors and handle inquiries on the phone and face to
face and market the institute to the general public.
Key Duties responsibilities
Among other duties and responsivities, the successful candidate will be
expected to
> Receiving Visitors and answer all incoming calls and handle inquiries
> Recommend launching of new classes
> Maintain a good filing system.
> Handling JPII surface mails and emails everyday
> Being part of the marketing team of the institute
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
> Diploma in Business Management or marketing
> Experience in managing the front office, customer service and marketing
> Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
> Professional personal presentation
