ONE STEP FOUNDATION (ONESFO)-VACANCIES
One Step Foundation is a Charity organization that works with the children,
families and communities to reduce the number of children going to the
streets. Our mission is to eradicate all street connected children in the
street and economically empower their families living in total poverty so that
they can have access to essential needs.
One Step Foundation is inviting applications from dedicated professional
volunteers to fill the vacant positions existing in the organization.
Position Human Resource Management Officer (Blantyre)
Reporting to Planning Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and
education
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
Performing administrative tasks
Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training
programs
Updating job requirements when needed
Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and
education
Covering all legal compliance for human resource federal and state
requirements
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Representing employer in community and recruiting events
Overseeing social events
Qualifications
A Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained from a recognized and
accredited institution along with an MSCE. Those with a degree will have an
added advantage
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal-oriented, organized team player and Excellent interpersonal relationship
building
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge General
knowledge of employment laws and best practices
