ALIMAHOMED HASSAM TRUST is a non-governmental organisation incorporated under
the Trustees Incorporation Act in 2013 and has since expanded its efforts in
Education, Health and Community Development hence serving thousands of
Malawians every year.
In a quest to expand its operations, the trust is looking for the services of
sober minded and hardworking individuals to fill the following vacant position
tenable in Mangochi
Hospital Administrator*>
Holders of Bachelor’s Degree in either Business Administration or Health
Management coupled with a minimum of four years’ experience in a busy health
facility.
Core Competencies & Attributes for Hospital Administrator *>
a. Demonstrate understanding of prevailing employment laws of Malawi
b. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and complete assigned tasks on
time
c. Ability to work effectively with people from various cultural and ethnic
backgrounds
d. Possess a good command of English with excellent written and oral
communication skills.
e. Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office
