ONE STEP FOUNDATION (ONESFO)-VACANCIES
One Step Foundation is a Charity organization that works with the children,
families and communities to reduce the number of children going to the
streets. Our mission is to eradicate all street connected children in the
street and economically empower their families living in total poverty so that
they can have access to essential needs.
One Step Foundation is inviting applications from dedicated professional
volunteers to fill the vacant positions existing in the organization.
Position Secretary (Blantyre)
Reporting to Planning Project Manager
Responsibilities
Take and keep minutes of all relevant meetings
Assist in computing
Help in administration operations
Booking appointments with relevant stakeholders
Do any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification
Diploma in secretarial and administrative studies along with an MSCE.
Skills
Be courteous, polite and peaceful to all visitors
Knowledge in computer
Good in shorthand typing
