NICO Asset Managers Limited, a leading investment management and advisory
company, invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the
position above.
We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with good communication,
interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills. The person should be
effective in financial analysis, modelling and project management, Innovation,
planning and organising skills are a must. The successful candidate will be
reporting to the Chief Investments Officer (Corporate Finance and Projects).
A first degree in Business Administration or Social Science. Those with a
master’s degree or studying towards the CFA qualification will have an added
advantage.
Location Blantyre
Key responsibilities for the above mentioned position include
• Conduct due diligence reviews on companies.
• Preparing and reviewing listed and unlisted equity valuations.
• Development of financial models that will assist in the valuation of
investment assets and potential investment avenues.
• Preparation of transaction proposals.
• Drafting of term sheets for discussion with clients and potential investors.
• Preparation of prospectuses and information memorandums.
• Meeting potential and existing clients in the attempt to grow the business
and maintain relationships.
• Determine the prices at which securities should be syndicated and offered to
the public.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
