### Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to take up the
following position tenable in the Corporation

POSITION QUANTITY SURVEYOR

GRADE ES7

REPORTING TO SENIOR ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing construction contracts
• Provide, control and manage projects costs
• Limit project risks
• Value Engineering
• Manage related building maintenances

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE;

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• More than 5 years’ practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledge of latest construction methods, materials, policies and laws
• Postgraduate qualification in a construction related filled will be an added
advantage
