POSITION SURVEY ENGINEERS (II)
Applications are invited at China Railway 20 (CR 20) Bureau Group of Companies
at its Lilongwe based offices Area 48 next to Bingu National Stadium opposite
Glallie gardens.
COMPANY PROFILE
China Railway is a well known established company currently working on
different projects across Malawi and surrounding countries. C R 20 Lilongwe
Malawi Limited; has a project to construct a Lilongwe Indoor Sports Complex
scheduled to start very soon just next to Bingu National Stadium.
POSITION SURVEY ENGINEERS (II)
QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Processing of all necessary calculations and generate reports to CR 20 into
its project management- construction engineering.
•Site plane position, evaluation survey, understand architectural and
structural drawings and the use of total station, GPS & level.
•Bachelor’s degree in Survey from a recognized institutions with five years
experience
•Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
•Cooperate with other civil engineering and hydropower engineers.
•Know the measurement error standard, fill in work information and
construction log.
•Surveying and calculating the volumes of materials and mined every now and
then
•Surveying culvert locations and construction of benchmarks.
•Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
•Research and design methods for survey process.
•Build maps, sketches and charts
Work in large –scale housing construction projects is preferred.
