POSITION FOREMAN (BUILDING)

China Railway is a well known established company currently working on
different projects across Malawi and surrounding countries. C R 20 Lilongwe
Malawi Limited; has a project to construct a Lilongwe Indoor Sports Complex
scheduled to start very soon just next to Bingu National Stadium.
POSITION FOREMAN (BUILDING)
A well skilled tradesperson who can be in charge of a construction. Plan,
Implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and
goals.
DUTIES
•A key member of the construction team
•Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
•Allocate general daily duties.
•Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans, producing
schedules.
•To read and interplates site plans, construction drawings and scope of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
•Supervise and train workers
•Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
•Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
