POSITION DEPUTY PRINCIPAL

Ebenezer Institute of Learning is a Christian School based in Nkhoma looking
to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Deputy Principal to
share in the leadership and development of this rapidly growing Primary
School.
The successful candidate will need to-
> Be an exemplary classroom practitioner.
> Be committed to child-centred education, promoting the achievement and well-being of children;
> Have a proven track record of, and commitment to, driving up standards;
> Be a flexible team player with a good sense of humour;
> Be approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
> Be committed to parent partnerships;
> Have some managerial experience and developing leadership skills;
> Possess strong Christian values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
> A minimum Primary School Teaching Certificate with 10 years’ experience
> Should have held a similar position and be conversant with the operations of a donor funded institution.
> Must possess an excellent command of English.
> Must be computer literate.
> Should be able to teach in Primary School.
