MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE

Vac. 92/20
Post : Fire Services Officer (Grade I)
Salary : Within the Grade I salary scale segment
Location : Department of Civil Aviation

Qualifications*>
Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties*>
Coordinate fire and rescue related operations at the airport; coordinate in-
house training programmes; coordinate rescue operations in emergencies and
national disaster with concerned organizations; liaise with motor vehicle
dealers on the repair and maintenance of fire engines, etc.

Note:*>
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement
shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to
demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable
officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in
appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
