Illovo Sugar (Malawi) plc – Dwangwa Estate, situated 60 Kilometres north of
Nkhotakota District invites applications from suitably qualified applicants to
fill the above position in the Human Resources Division.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

> Degree in Business/HR/Organizational Psychology or equivalent
> 3-5 years experience at a similar level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

> Developing learning needs analysis by gathering, documenting and collating information.
> Developing training plan and provides monthly updates against the plan and budget.
> Facilitating meaningful analysis of learning investment by analysing training data, identifying trends and making recommendations on actions required.
> Designing and conducting competence assessments to determine achievement of required competence.
> Preparing and updating of training materials and with the design and delivery of learning solutions
