OMLAC is looking to recruit results-minded and competent individuals to fill
the temporary positions of Tele-Sales Agents. The positions are tenable in
Blantyre.

The successful candidate will report directly to their District Managers.

Key Responsibilities

> Conducting sales presentations through phone and screen sharing.
> Managing, tracking and following up on leads through phone calls.
> Listening to the customer needs to generate repeat sales.
> Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, and reaction to products.
> Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
> Handling inquiry on the products.
> Meeting Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
> Creating and updating activity reports.

Qualifications

> Must have MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics plus a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales.
> Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
> Must possess excellent communication skills.
> Must be very fluent in English.
> Must be a self-starter.
> Must be self-disciplined.
