Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates
for the following vacant position at its offices in Blantyre.

KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Reporting to the Underwriting Manager, this position is tenable at our Head
Office in Blantyre

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the company and its key
clients.
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
Developing a complete understanding of key account reeds and anticipating
changes and improvements.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of
performance
Working with team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality
of service that exceed client expectations
Planning, analyzing and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and
quarterly initiatives.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Customer Service / Relationship
Management
Understanding of health insurance products & processes is critical.
3 years’ experience working in the Malawi health insurance industry
