MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE

Vac. 90/20
Post : Chief Building Supervisor (Grade I)
Salary: Within the Grade I salary scale segment
Location : Department of Buildings

Qualifications*>
Applicants should be either serving Senior Building Supervisors (Grade J) with
a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in that post or non-serving/serving in
possession of an advanced diploma in Construction Technology obtained from
accredited institutions.

Duties*>
Liaise with the Building projects under his jurisdiction; prepare estimates on
building projects under his jurisdiction; supervise the work of staff to
ensure that projects are completed in time and within the resources available,
etc.

Note:*>
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement
shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to
demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable
officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in
appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
