JOB DESCRIPTION
Kuwala Christian Girls Secondary is a Christian nonprofit organisation whose
overall objective is to see to it that a girl child from less privileged
family receives quality education, protection, have their esteem raised and
confidence built on Christian values.

POSITION: HEAD COOKE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, committed Christians to fill
the post of Head Cooke which exists at Kuwala Christian Girls Secondary.

The successful candidate will be answerable to the School Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Overseeing all the kitchen activities.
•Budgeting for school food for every academic term.
•Working hand in hand with stores clerk in Keeping records of all food
supplies.
•Ensuring hygiene in food preparing and eating areas.
•Working with food stores clerk in management of food unprocessed food in food
stores.
•Preparation of food during functions like dinners and graduations.
•Any other duties as assigned to them by their immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent must have the following qualities:

•Must be a practicing Male Christian aged between 30 and 45.
•Must have a minimum of certificate in catering related field.
•Must be ready to stay working by first July, 2020.
•Must be sober and self starter.
•Must be willing to participate in Christian related activities.
•Must be ready to work in a rural environment with no running water and
electricity.
•Must be ready to work for atleast 2 years.
