experienced Production Supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

> Supervise manufacturing staff, achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
> Enforces company policies and guidelines.
> Recruits, hires, and trains employees.
> Assists workers by offering personal growth
> Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
> Diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns
> Supervising workers and technical staff.
> Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
> Knowledge of utility area, i.e. air compressor, boiler etc.

REQUIREMENTS

> Over 3 years’ experience in a textile industry or any busy working environment
> Effective Team Player
> Articulate communicator
> Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
