MHC-Henan Guoji Development Co, Ltd is a Joint Venture between Malawi Housing
Corporation and Henan Guoji Development Company Limited from China. The
company is looking for well qualified individuals to fill the following
position:

Maintenance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

> Manage, inspect and conduct maintenance works on houses, sewer, road, water supply
and electricity systems.

> Keep and maintain records on all maintenance works and equipment
> Advice management on systems installation works and estimate costs
> Receive maintenance requests from tenants and provide technical advice to tenants.
> Any other jobs as may be required.

Requirements

> Strong analytical, practical and technical skills
> Complex problem solving skills
> Good communication skills
> A related Degree/Diploma from a recognized university and a minimum of three years related experience.
