Administrative Assistant – to be based in Lilongwe
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinates and directs a broad range of services that
allows the organization to operate efficiently and handle a
wide variety of complex, time sensitive documents and
confidential situations.
• Provide orientation for new employees and ensure compliance
with company policies and procedure.
• Maintain high levels of employee engagement and job
performance by providing recognition and opportunities
• Perform a wide variety of administrative reports and
statements, which are confidential in nature and prepares
correspondence in final form. Ensures correspondence,
documents and reports, leaving the Office, are professional in
appearance.
• Manage and prioritize various projects with input from
multiple resources and completes project details gathering
data and other necessary information pertinent to client
projects
• Evaluate office production, reviews procedures, or devises new
forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
• Prepare and processes expense reports as needed
• Initiate requisitions and/or monitor ordering of office supplies
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree from accredited and recognized institution.
– Two years’ experience in a verifiable similar role.
– Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking,
Analysis, Teamwork
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
