people for the following full- time positions tenable at Montfort campus,
Nguludi- Chiradzulu

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Registry Clerk (2 posts)*>
Reporting to Assistant Registrars (Academic & Administration)

Duties

> Ensures maintenance of registry system focusing on achievement of the following
> Set up and maintenance of the office filing system in accordance with the University filing system
> Opening new student and subject files as required and disposal of old files in accordance with the established retention schedule.
> Maintenance of archives, making sure that files are properly stored and accessible
> Establishment and maintenance of record system of file movements within offices; maintenance of office circulation and reading files
> Preparation of correspondence and reports related to registry activities.
> Issuing Student Identity Cards.
> Participation in the creation and maintenance of an electronic registry/ archive system in close cooperation with ICT staff.
> Ensuring provision of effective mail management focusing on achievement of the following results
> Receipt, registration, coding and forwarding incoming letters and other correspondence to proper departments and officers.
> Registration and dispatch of outgoing communication
