JOB DESCIPTION

1. Execute test work, complete test task and submit completed test report.
2. Trace out the bugs and make sure every function in the phone/ Television set able to run correctly.
3. Provide effective communication to research department team about traceable bugs in the system whenever requested.
4. Proficient in computer operation and phone system, able to work with office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, and so on.
5. Provide support to Carlcare Service center personnel and help resolve customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Hold a Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/telecommunication or related field.
2. 1-2 years related working experience (etc. testing, programming, repair phones).
3. Good oral and written in English, also capable of good communication skill
4. Efficient with a positive working attitude.
5. Team management/ people management will be added advantage
6. 24 years and above
7. Lilongwe resident
