We have been retained by our client Roads Fund Administration*> to carry out
an executive search for suitably qualifying persons to fill the various
positions which are tenable within the organization and as detailed below. We
are inviting interested and qualifying candidates to submit their applications

Duty Station Dedza

#### Position purpose

Reporting to the Toll Gate Supervisor, the position will be responsible for
provision of technical software, hardware and network problem resolution at
the Toll Gate.

#### Key duties and responsibilities

a) Maintaining hardware and software;

b) Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving computer system problems;

c) Resolving network and connectivity issues;

d) Handling internet security and data privacy and backup;

e) Assisting end-users;

f) Maintaining records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

#### Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

a) Knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet
application, networks and operating systems;

b) Basic understanding of electrical safety procedure;

c) Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;

d) Good communication skills and presentation skills;

e) High level of integrity with no criminal record.

#### Qualifications and Experience

> Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Technology or relevant field. Certification as IT Technician will be an added advantage (e.g. ComptTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
> Three (3) years proven experience as IT Technician or similar position.
