### Job Description
Our client, a leading telecommunication Service provider is seeking energetic,
aggressive, and self-motivated and result oriented individual to join its team
in the position mentioned below
Position AIRTEL MONEY IMT OFFICER
Location Lilongwe
Department Airtel Money
Reporting Line Head of Operations
REPORTING TO THE SHOP SUPERVISOR , THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
1\. Develop IMT recruitment Plan
> Work with the group team to develop IMT roadmap and onboard the partners
2\. Monitor targets on IMT
> Conducting system user training to the Channel Supervisors and Corporate Institutions
3\. Partner creation and Support
> Ensure all partners are properly created in Airtel Money and establish relationships with partner countries For adequate support
4\. Compliance issues
> Ensure all partner and are compliant to Airtel Money guidelines and contract and AML /CFT check are adhered to.
5\. System Issues and Uptime
> Work with IT to ensure IMT systems are working 24/7 and adequate support is given on-time when their issues
6\. Customer/Partner queries
> Handling customer/Partner complaints and escalating issues beyond TAT according to the Airtel Money escalation matrix
> Work with finance to ensure timely allocation of Partner funds
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
> Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing ,or Business Management.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, Report and Planning, System Diagnosis and MIS.
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
> Not less than three years’ experience in corporate sales and International Money transfer
> Understanding of the mobile financial industry
> Good understanding of financial principles.
> Good Contract negotiations
> Good communication skills
Other Competencies (Behavioral etc.)
> Teamwork,
> Ability to work with minimal supervision
> Integrity
> Hard work
> Flexible to work odd hours
