POSITION RADIOGRAPHER- GRADE K (1 POST)
WHO WE ARE
Nkhamenya Community Hospital is a Catholic Health Facility of Mzuzu Diocese.
It operates.under the Health Commission of the Diocese whose mandate is to
ensure that the health services that the Catholic Church provides in the
Diocese are accessible to the rural masses and the quality of care being
provided is in line with the professional standards and in the footsteps of
Jesus
Christ the founder of the healing ministry.
POSITION RADIOGRAPHER- GRADE K (1 POST)
Duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the
following
•Receiving and guiding of X-ray Patients.
•He or She is responsible for taking X-ray pictures on patients.
•Checking and replacing chemicals for the X-ray and scanning machines.
•Processing and developing X-ray Pictures.
•Preparing Chemicals for use in X-ray department.
•Scanning patients using Ultra sound equipment.
•Filing X-rays for future reference.
•Evaluating and monitoring quality of radiographs.
•Recording of data in relevant registers.
•Supervising cleanliness of X-ray department.
The candidate must possess the following attributes
•Be a practicing Christian.
•Have a minimum of a Diploma in Radiography Technology obtained from a
recognized
training institution.
•Having valid and updated Medical Council License.
•Willingness to work during odd hours.
REMUNERATION
Will be based upon the government grade and rating system.
