We have been retained by our client Roads Fund Administration*> to carry out
an executive search for suitably qualifying persons to fill the various
positions which are tenable within the organization and as detailed below. We
are inviting interested and qualifying candidates to submit their applications

Duty Station Dedza

#### Position purpose

Reporting to the Senior Toll Gate Clerk; the position will be responsible for
informing customers of the toll fee, collecting the cash, and providing change
to motorists travelling through a toll lane. The position will also be
required to provide drivers with basic directions, maintain cash records, and
report drivers who do not pay their tolls. The position is essentially. The
position is essentially in an outdoor work environment, subject to weather
conditions.

#### Key duties and responsibilities

a) Opening the toll booth and setting up the cash register;

b) Collecting toll fees from customers and providing change;

c) Providing directions and road information to road users;

d) Reporting to customers who fail to pay their toll fee;

e) Cash up the register at the end of the shift.

#### Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

a) Good mathematical skills and comfortable working with cash;

b) Good verbal communication skills;

c) Good interpersonal skills;

d) Ability to sit for long periods;

e) Good computer skills and knowledge;

f) High level of integrity with no criminal records.

#### Qualification and Experience

> Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, or related field.
