umbrella body of Christian Health Assocication of Malawi (CHAM).
It is located in the area of Traditional Authority Kachindamoto, in the
Eastern side of Dedza District which is in Central Region of Malawi.
MUA HOSPITAL WOULD LIKE TO RECURIT LABORATORY TECHNICIAN – GRADE K
REQUIREMENTS
•Should posses a diploma in Biomedical Science from recognised institution
•Should be registered with Medical Council of Malawi.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Examining specimens
•Supervising the preparation of specimen containers and reagents
•Receiving specimen from wards and outpatient department
•Processing of specimens
•Reporting of specimen results
•Providing on the job training to students and supervising junior laboratory
staff
•Recording of data in relevant registers
•Any other duties that may be deem reasonable for the post.
