Job Description
Daily, weekly & monthly Report.
Primary and secondary sales target achievement
Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
Evaluating distributors` ROI
Distributor performance identification, tracking and maintaining
Managing and increasing coverage
RD Management
KAS create
Product placement
Trade marketing
Cost Management
Month wise business forecasting
Allocate manpower in different areas depending on the individual.
Submit weekly PSI, RD list, KAS list, sales report in a timely manner, submit
new product forecast and DRP according to actual sales
Requirements;
> Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
> 3 years work experience as a sales representative
> Excellent knowledge of MS Office
> Practical knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
> Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
> Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
> Prioritizing, time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
> Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
> Must be either Mzuzu or Blantyre based
> 25 to 28 years of age
