Position KYC EXECUTIVE

Our client, a leading telecommunication Service provider in Malawi, seeks to
recruit an aggressive energetic and self-motivated individual to join its team
in Lilongwe

JOB PURPOSE

Tracking KYC Compliance, Analytics, Managing system Health check and Reporting

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Expected End Results

Supporting Activities (“HOW”)

1\. KYC Compliance on GSM, Airtel Money subs, GSM CPs, AM Agents, Dealers, and
Postpaid subscribers.) Ensuring 100% compliance of the entire base at all
times

.2. Monthly Database checks/audit to ensure 100% clean databases) Conducting
monthly database audit through sampling to ensure the database is clean and
also to identify areas requiring improvement

.3. Managing System Health check) Ensuring end to end KYC App/GUI Enhancements
(UATs) are thoroughly done as and when required.

4\. Reporting) Achieve timely publishing of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills· Diploma/Degree·
Knowledge of Microsoft office package·

Ability to quickly grasp System know-how

Relevant Experience· Two years’ work experience· Understanding customer care
processes and Airtel products

Other Competencies (Behavioral etc.)

· Teamwork,

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Attention to detail

· Proactive and punctual
