Job Purpose
Execution, installation and maintenance works of Commercial, retail and,
Supply and Distribution infrastructure, facilities and equipment at commercial
& retails customers and company Owned depots to ensure appropriate support.
Principal accountabilities
> Manage the Equipment Maintenance and deliver equipment and site maintenance performance on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, and with minimum interruptions to station operations.
> Conduct equipment maintenance service that realizes the desired customer satisfaction score.
> Conduct preventative maintenance for depots, retail site and commercial site as per Preventative Maintenance plan
> Address breakdown maintenance in depots, retail and commercial site
> Conduct maintenance checks in line with VE guidelines to ensure asset integrity is upheld in depots, retail site and commercial site.
> Ensure contracts with maintenance service providers are managed in line with company contract management procedures.
> Complete and submit Maintenance performance data to the management for assessment.
> Provide support to the Network teams and depots teams as required, including in the implementation of capex and pump replacement projects.
> Ensure proper closure of audit items from technical audits in depots, retail sites and commercial sites.
Competencies required
> Asset integrity management
> Equipment selection and installation
> Provision of cost effective solutions reduce down times
> Sound knowledge of HSSE practices in the oil industry
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
> Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in City and Guilds or equivalent with at least 3 years post qualification experience in a similar field
> Oil industry experience will be an added advantage
> A drivers licence is a must
> Strong technical skills and sound knowledge of engineering standards
> Pragmatic, hands-on and ability to spend substantial time travelling in the field/on site requires driving licence
> Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
