DATA ENTRY CLERKS
Reporting to the Branch Manager
The job holder shall be responsible for daily accurate, complete and timely
capturing of loan data in T24 System.
Major Responsibilities and duties
> Ensure that all the loan application forms are signed and checked by the loans committee prior to
processing.
> Ensure that all loan applications forms are accurately and completely captured in the T24 system
> Ensure that the loans are approved and disbursed in the system in readiness for reports.
> Ensure that all repayments are captured timely to enable the finance department reconcile the
necessary financial reports.
> Assist in sorting out queries that relate to loan files.
> Ensure that savings withdrawn requests are processed in the system.
> Timely reporting of issues identified in the system to respective heads of department.
> Filing of all loan documents and perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
> Diploma in MIS, Business Management, Accounting or any development related field.
> Minimum of three years’ work experience
> Willingness and ability to work effectively in any environment
> High developed sense of responsibility and correctness
> Excellent communication, computing and marketing skills
> Be a committed Christian
