ABC are recruiting for a voluntary SENIOR Bat Research Assistant*> to assist
the team in all aspects of field research work mainly based at the Kuti
Wildlife Reserve Research Centre based near Lake Malawi at Sallima, Malawi.
Work includes coordinating harp trapping, mist netting, acoustic recording and
roost surveying. We will provide accommodation and food during your contract
. The post will require field work at night and in the day and the candidate
must be willing to work hard in challenging situations and be based in remote
environments. The post offers an excellent opportunity for career development
for a researcher who is interested in applied conservation biology, bats and
human-wildlife conflict.
