Reporting to Leaf Planning & Analysis Manager
Role*> Permanent
What This Position Is About – Purpose
The position exists to assist in planning and developing a detailed processing
and services Leaf Cycle plan and facilitating its implementation in order to
achieve an uninterrupted process flow of the Leaf Supply Chain. Execution of
this role requires regular interphase with other mega processes such as Leaf
Production, Leaf Buying, Leaf Processing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
systems maintenance and Finance.
What Will You Do – Responsibilities
> Review and standardize planning and analysis templates to ensure accurate performance tracking.
> Prepare materials for usage by ensuring all required materials are correctly set up in SAP and downloaded to the Leaf point (LFPT) systems.
> Assist in buying and processing planning by ensuring all Leaf point and SAP prerequisites are correctly maintained to ensure uninterrupted process flow.
> Monitor the progress of buying, processing, inspection and shipment operations against the set plan.
> Enhance leaf data reconciliation between Leaf point and SAP systems, ensure full accountability of all system transactions, including Non-Tobacco Material consumption and report any identified challenges.
> Analyze data before reporting to ensure efficient and accurate comparison of past and current KPI trends.
> Assist in reporting by ensuring consistent, timely and accurate reporting of Leaf Operations KPI’s by developing and updating all required reports.
Who Are We Looking For – Requirements
> Holder of a Degree or Diploma of any discipline from an accredited institution.
> Minimum of 3 Years’ experience within a similar role.
> Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
> Good working knowledge of ERP, LeafPoint or similar systems an added advantage.
> Good oral and written English.
> Detail oriented.
> Strong communication, planning, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
