DESCRIPTION

### Summary

This Temporary Accounts and Administrative Assistant*> , will assist with
finance and administrative tasks.

### Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

> Assist in preparation of payments
> Maintenance of accurate financial records and data
> Photocopy/scanning of documents
> Timely preparation and submission of tax returns and pension contribution
> Ensure efficient and well-coordinated administrative functions
> Manage office supplies and ensure office equipment is in perfect condition
> Review and file expense reports and related documents
> Management of vehicles and fuel replenishment

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned from
time to time.

### Education & Experience

> Diploma in Accounting/Administration

### Other Qualifications

> Established cultural competency in partnering with racial, cultural and linguistically diverse groups.
> Demonstrated understanding of challenges with working in rural, underserved and low-income context; experience living in and/or working in a low-income country a plus.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable in a fast-paced technical environment.
> Fluency in English and Chichewa is required.

### Environment and Physical Demands

###

VillageReach has no private offices, employees work in a shared, open
environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy
and meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

The position holder will spend most of their time in the office. The Position
holder will not be required to lift heavy materials.

the Senior Finance and Administration Manager. Salary is commensurate with

relevant market and internally transparent. We hire people into the
established range based on one’s experience and education and considering
