Médecins Sans Frontières is a private, non-profit international humanitarian
organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to
populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race,
religion, creed or political affiliation. In Malawi, MSF works in
collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in
integrated HIV/AIDS in Chiradzulu District and Cervical Cancer projects
Blantyre districts.
DATA FILLING CLERK – 1 POSITION
Workplace Chiradzulu
Type of contract 6 months Fixed term contract with possible extension
Start date Immediate
Main purpose of the position
Carry out all activities related to filing patient forms into patient files,
according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
Main responsibilities
• Sorting, updating and filing of patient forms.
• Participating in the search for missing data.
• Pulling patient files for medical team and data processing team
• Ensuring security of forms and filing system
• Inventory of forms and supplies
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements
Education Secondary education essential.
Experience None is required.
