motivated, energetic, results-minded and competent persons to fill the vacant
positions of Salaried Sales Agents tenable in Blantyre, Zomba, Mangochi,
Lilongwe, and Kasungu.
Successful candidates will be reporting directly to their Sales Managers.
Key result areas and work descriptions
> Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
> Develop, track and review business plans and meet individual performance targets.
> Work in specific allocated markets.
> Sell the company’s specific range of products.
Requirements for the role*>
Tertiary qualification, preferably in Insurance, Marketing or Business
Management. Those that possess sales experience and teaching expertise will
have an added advantage.
