#### Position Finance and Business Entrepreneurship Officer
New Beginnings Malawi is a local organization in Lilongwe that supports
expectant girls, young mothers and adolescent girls in difficult and abusive
situations. As a growing organization, we are looking for passionate
individuals who understand what it means to work with a startup and are
willing to support the growth of the organization.
Applicants MUST not be more than 35 years old for all positions.
Position Finance and Business Entrepreneurship Officer
#### Requirements
> Document day to day financial transactions of the organization, write timely financial reports and create strategies and plans for our long-term financial goals.
> Take lead on and participate in project audits.
> Provide weekly trainings and mentorship on business development and entrepreneurship to our vocational school students.
> Provide expertise and advice on entrepreneurship ventures we can do to improve the overall functioning and financial stability of the Organization.
> The candidate must have proven work experience in a Finance role for at least 18 months with knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and experience using financial software.
> One must have entrepreneurial, analytical and numerical skills as well as strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data.
> A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent is a must
